Richard Burbidge

Richard Burbidge has updated its Stairplanner online planning tool, claiming to have made it easier to use. Stairplanner is a free design service that allows stockists, building professionals and homeowners to choose from the firm’s complete range of stair balustrade components in order to create plans, parts lists and project costs in just a few simple steps. Revamped in line with customer feedback, the new and updated Stairplanner offers two different user modes – ‘Easy Mode’ and ‘Detail Mode.’ The Easy Mode option allows users to find the stair balustrade that’s right for them in three steps. Users are then given the option to use the Stairplanner Detail Mode to input more information, which will help to produce a detailed parts list.
