Made from a blend of natural materials and pigments - which is durable and easy to maintain - SirrusStone from A&J Gummers is Building Products' Product of the Month for October. For a sleek, seamless surface, Sirrus Stone bathing panels offer a neat, easy to fit and hygienic solution for showering areas. The material has been used to create a range of prefabricated shower and bath panels, which come with specially integrated thermostatic showers and brassware, giving speedy installation. The shower valves are all tested to TMV3 standards required by the NHS for water safety, and feature sequential controls for temperature and flow for ease of use. A choice of shower heads is available, including a vandal-resistant shower head, multi-function head, and drench head. One model also includes a thermostatic bath fill for above-bath fitting. Once installed, the SirrusStone panels provide a non-porous surface that is hygienic and resistant to bacteria, as well as being warm to the touch and impervious to humidity, making them easy to clean and sterilise. They are also resistant to stains and chemical spills making them suitable for environments with intensive use, especially where the public have access to the facility.
