Manufactured using ABS thermoplastic for durability, the Addvent Professional Fan Range has recently been redesigned. The fans have wall, ceiling and window options with internal shutters incorporated into the grille to protect them from vandalism. Three-speed controllers provide the options of two speeds with reverse, variable speed, or variable speed with reverse.
Designed to save installation time, Addvent has introduced a new range of centrifugal in-duct fans. Longer spigots have been added for simpler connection between the ducting and worm drive clips. They also come with individual snap-fit mounting brackets to further speed installation. The fans come in six sizes from 100mm to 315mm diameter and have a performance range of 180 to 1300m/hr, with a number of different grille and ducting sizes available.
Extending its flush fit fan range, Addvent has introduced a humidistat model with a built-in sensor that operates the fan automatically when humidity levels require. It allows economic performance from a unit with a profile of 12mm. The fan can be wall or ceiling mounted and comes in 100mm, 120mm and 150mm versions and a 100mm low voltage version for safe ventilation.
Developed for quiet running and ease of maintenance, Addvent has restyled and extended its Professional range of commercial fans. The fans are now more discreet as their internal shutters have been incorporated into the grille to reduce the profile. Making it less obtrusive and easier to clean, the external grille has also been re-designed and moulded in dark grey. An automatic wall and ceiling spigot model now join the existing window and wall model. The Professional range comes in 150mm, 230mm and 300mm models, which achieve ventilation rates of 62, 140 and 250 litres/sec respectively.
Meeting the demand for discrete bathroom ventilation, Addvent has expanded its Showerlight fan range. The range now comprises 100 and 110mm axial in-duct models as well as a 150mm centrifugal model. All are available in white, chrome and brass finishes.
With the ability to achieve fast drying times with minimum energy usage, Addvent has introduced a heavy-duty 2kW hand dryer. The AVHD 2000 AAC hand dryer has a metal chassis and a die cast aluminium cover that makes it more resistant to the damage that can occur in busy washrooms. It joins the existing one and 1.5kW hand dryer models in the Addvent range and comes in an aluminium finish with automatic infrared operation.
