Commissioned for advice and installation, Sun-X has provided 60 blinds to a new Social Services Day Care Centre in East Grinstead. The company applied LLumar Shade Film from CPFilms which don't significantly affect light levels but provide solar protection. The film rejects up to 85% of solar heat energy, and 99% of UV radiation, one of the main causes of fading. A green embossed film was chosen for aesthetics and performance, diffusing incoming light, reducing direct and indirect glare.

Following the aquisition of Jaguar racing by Red Bull for the start of the 2005 F1 season, the team's offices in Milton Keynes were refurbished and restyled in Red Bull's livery, with the exterior of the premises painted silver. The architect wanted a consistent silver effect across the building facade, and approached CPFilms to suggest a silver- effect window film fot the glazing. The company recommended the use of its Llumar R20 SR HPR film. This provided the mirror look required, and also reduces solar glare.

Controlling heat gain and preventing degradation to the Kevlar used in the manufacturing process, the film rejects 69% of total solar energy and reduces heat loss by up to 30%
