The new Java granite inset sink from Carron Phoenix combines on-trend design quality with timeless charm to create a true kitchen sink classic. The company reports its geometric lines and simplicity offer across-the-board appeal for a range of kitchen styles.

Carron Phoenix's Zeta 100 stainless steel kitchen sink is set to cause a stir with its slick design and capacious bowl size. Measuring in at 450 x 420x180mm deep, the bowl size is reputed to be the largest which can be fitted into a 600mm cabinet. Carron Phoenix says the Zeta 100 is one of four models in the Zeta stainless steel range. The company has catered for those looking for a different tactile look and feel by offering the Zeta 100 in two stainless steel finishes - polished or textured linen. The Zeta 100 also boasts a low profile perimeter which effectively means the sink sits just 4mm off the work surface. Visually, there is an almost seamless appearance between the sink and work surface - an effect normally achieved with an undermount or flushmount sink. As an inset sink the Zeta 100 is installed with a single cut-out which reduces both time and installation costs. The new sink also comes with a host of accessories including a chopping board sourced from sustainable, managed forests and a stainless steel wire basket.

Tactile is in, according to Carron Phoenix. The company says specifiers seeking an alternative to the polished smoothness of stainless steel should should take a look at its Microlinen texture which is available on a selected range of sinks. Microlinen is described as a finely textured surface with a matt appearance that is said to complement brushed stainless steel appliances.

A mid-market sink has been launched by Carron Phoenix with the Zeta stainless steel sink range, which provides a selection of bowl sizes. There is also a matching tap option available. The product comes in four models : a choice of two single bowls; a one and a half bowl and a double bowl, offering a linear square shaped design. Zeta has 180mm deep bowls, a recessed drainer, and a full range of accessories including stainless steel basket, strainer bowl and wooden chopping board. There is also a choice of two stainless steel finishes: polished or textured linen. A low perimeter sink design means that the sink sits 4mm off the works surface. It provides a seamless appearance between the sink and work surface, achieved by an undermount sink.

New to the product range from Carron Phoenix is the Delta collection of round bowl sinks. It is available as a sink and tap with a chrome Aztec tap. The Delta 100 measures 855mm by 450mm and features a circular single bowl and drainer with a seamless, pressed rim. A classic round bowl, the Delta 400 can be paired with a separate drainer if required. Measuring 440mm overall, with a bowl size of 380mm diameter and a depth of 380, it is suitable for island units.
