A deep clean by design

The Contour Clean-Line radiator guard has recently been installed in a number of NHS properties to facilitate “deep clean” programmes. In many instances, the radiator covers replaced older, inaccessible models. Traditionally, radiator covers are difficult to clean internally, requiring physical removal of the unit by estates or maintenance personnel. Contour Casings’ patented design of the Clean-Line radiator guard enables domestic staff to clean the inside of the casing and the radiator via a full height, hinged front access door which is available with standard or security fixings. This concept, in conjunction with the use of BioCote silver based anti-microbial finishes, provides a radiator guard which is perfectly suited to the rigorous cleaning regimes and hygiene requirements of the modern NHS.
