Maintaining a low profile - Delta Membrane Systems |
 With a low stud profile, Delta-FM damp proof membrane from Delta Membrane Systems allows work to continue immediately after it has been installed.
The membrane isolates damp and contamination from the slab underneath, even if it is an old installation with no previous damp proof membrane. A 3mm stud profile allows the membrane to control the dampness, and eliminate the risk of contamination leeching from the concrete slab.
Made from high-density polyethylene, the membrane is supplied in rolls measuring 20m by 2m, and each roll features a 65mm flat tab on one side to lap and seal sheets. Chemical resistance, zero root penetration and rot resistance are also achieved with the membrane.

 Developed as an alternative to sub-base courses made from lean concrete, Delta-MS is a sub-base course from Delta Membrane Systems.
Made from high-density polyethylene, the material is resistant to acids, alkalines, oils and solvents and is capable of handling compressive strengths of around 250kN/m?.
The dimpled sheet is designed to ensure good pressure distribution and low point loads. It also protects the foundation slab from rising damp, and prevents cement grout from seeping into the ground.
Each sheet overlaps the next by 20mm, ensuring an effective seal.

 To enhance the dampness protection qualities from its Delta-Geo- Drain drainage sheet, Delta Membrane Systems offers Delta-Geo-Drain Quattro. Previously, the sheet was made up of a slip film, a dimpled sheet with integrated self-sealing edge, and a permanent-filtration geotextile. With Quattro, the slip film features micro-perforation to allow any moisture between the film itself and the waterproofed substrate to permeate through. This slip film now also has a fleece, or laminated cloth, between the film and dimpled sheets which soaks up moisture, then act as a wick to drain the moisture away.
