Red mineral membrane for the detailing to match the red brick walls of two blocks of flats in Croxley Rise, Maidenhead, has proved a quality choice for Index. After being primed with Indever, a Prominent alu vapour control sheet and Indexzone PUR insulation was laid down. The Proteaduo APP/SBS composite membrane was used as the underlay with Flexter mineral as the chosen cap sheet. In addition 32 residents' garages were completely refurbished.

Two blocks of flats at Bridge Court in Leytonstone, east London have been refurbished with an Index system. The refurbishment included opposing roof falls and detailing such as radiussed internal parapet returns and rainwater discharge shoots. After the original asphalt deck had been prepared it received a Surebase underlay followed by a Flexter Testudo mineral.
