Circular ventilation louvres, designed and manufactured by Kingfisher, have been applied to a lifeboat house in order to ensure a supply of cool air and the extraction of warm air from the central winch motor room.
The louvres are designed to provide weather exclusion with a high airflow rate. The louvre bank varies from a maximum diameter of 1800mm for air intake and minimum of 600 to extract fumes and used air.
