Mirror canopies for kitchens on show - Ledaire Fabrications |
 A new range of mirror polished stainless steel extract canopies has been developed by
Ledaire Fabrication for restaurants that have their busy kitchens on show to patrons.
A recent installation has been carried out by Alpollo AC Ltd at the Bertorelli restaurant in London's Plantation Place.
Ledaire's latest commercial kitchen ventilation systems are manufactured at its factory in Croydon and combine the extraction of grease-laden air, steam and fumes with a supply of air to provide a comfortable environment. Cool air can be brought into a working area through insulated sections of the hood via dampened air grilles. All systems meet the British Standard requirements and Ledaire also offer a guide to commercial kitchen ventilation systems.

Wall of steel - Ledaire Fabrications |
 Stainless steel wall cladding from Ledaire Fabrications has been developed to provide ease of cleaning.
Made from T 304 stainless steel to form a wipe down surface, the cladding includes special edging strips to lock the wall panels in place without crevices. Comprising of pre-formed strips into which the cladding is pushed, there are no visible fixings.
The vermin-proof cladding includes corner protection in stainless steel with the company providing pre-cut openings to accommodate wall switches, sockets, and other fixtures or fittings.
As well as being used in new build projects, the panelling can be used to over-clad existing walls in refurbishment schemes.

Kitchen ventilation - Ledaire Fabrications |
 Kitchen ventilation equipment for a school in Barking has been supplied by Ledaire Fabrications. The company delivered island and standard hoods with extract, along with supply fans and controls. The products meet BS6173: Specification for Installation of Gas-fired Catering Appliances. The range of hoods feature individually adjustable supply air nozzles to provide cooling to hot working areas.

Hoods up at BBC - Ledaire Fabrications |
 Refurbishment of the BBC?s Woodlands Restaurant in west London has included four extraction hoods, fabricated and installed by Ledaire Fabrications. Of the two hoods at the front of house one is over a serving area and the other is above a fore house grill. Both feature recessed spotlights and grease filters.
