Three new fast-fit balustrade kits have been launched into the market by Palgrave Brown. It is claimed that the racking kit can be assembled in 15min. as it eliminates the saw cuts that are needed on a traditional raking balustrade. The finish is novel because the spindles slot into a morticed hand and baserail so there is no need for cover fillets. The kits include a 3600mm pine fast-fit balustrade raking kit and either a 2665mm or 1265mm pine fast-fit balustrade landing kit. The spindles within each kit are made from furniture grade live knotted Scandinavian redwood pine.
