Pegler Yorkshire has expanded its Francis Pegler range with two taps, Ebro and Pulsar, both minimalistic in style.
Ebro is a "fresh new design" named after the largest river in Spain - it has a very European look, and a flow straightener fitted as standard. All basin fittings include an aerator to achieve 'bubbly' water flow.
An eight-piece range, Ebro includes taps for basin, bath, bidet and kitchen, and includes a single-lever mono basin mixer, complete with flip waste. The mono bath mixer offers exceptional flow rates at low pressure, says the firm.
In keeping with Pegler's policy on water saving, the range offers a water saving alternative, which, the firm says, keeps the Francis Pegler range "at the cutting edge of the water saving market". The firm is actively involved with the continuing drive to save water.
Mike Dickinson, product market manager, said: "We launched this range after much evaluation and product development. The designs have been developed to be modern functional, and affordable."

Pegler Yorkshire Group has several new product launches planned for this year, including a new Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) range, backed by millions of pounds of investment in new machinery throughout the business. The TMVs are branded under the Prestex name and have been designed to be more compact and lightweight, with less material used in manufacture, and more environmentally friendly than ever before, costing less to produce and transport: in both money and emissions. Manufacture in the UK also cuts down on distribution costs.
The arrival of the Performa range heralds the "next generation of dual-control thermostatic bath and shower mixers from Pegler Yorkshire," says the firm.
Social landlords require solutions that deliver on cost-effectiveness as well as performance, but where safety is paramount, the T555 is claimed to offer the best of all worlds.
The valve is designed to eliminate the risk of scalding, mixing hot and cold water at a pre-set maximum of 46 degrees, while delivering excellent flow rates, even when pressure is low, claims the firm.
The upgrade from the previous L555 range has the ability to turn off the water supply in seconds at the body of the tap, by using the dedicated isolation key. This means less time and cost associated with removing a bath panel to access the valve.
With new additions on hot water safety part of Part G, the valve has arrived at a good time.
