Called Oxodium, a new range of tiles has been launched by RAK Ceramics which feature an oxidised finish that is available in subtle orange and blue/black versions. Developed as a finishing touch for design led contemporary floors and walls, the dappled metallic lustre of Oxodium can be complemented by a modern steel border strip. The tiles are made from the company's porcelain and are fully vitrified to EN176. They are available in a 0.6 by 0.3m size and offer both durability and stain resistance, the company claims. Steel border strips come in three sizes; 50mm x 300mm, 150mm x 400mm and 150mm x 600mm lengths.
