In order to ensure that the central cash office at the Emirates Stadium was secure, a Security Window System from Sonic Windows was specified.
The design was for two work stations, each with a Sonic Cashflow Tray of polished stainless steel set into the counter top, plus a rectangular Cash Transfer Chamber for large items at floor level to the right. Counter communication is via Sonic's Speakeasy intercom system.

Original wood panelling was retained and the new counters were of timber as were the window surrounds.

Two Speakeasy windows were installed which include an intercom that offers undistorted sound communication even in places with high background noise.
An outdated railway station serving the South Cornish town of Liskeard has been refurbished in a project costing over ?800,000. The station now features a modern concourse with waiting and buffet areas, new toilets including some for disabled use and a redesigned ticket office. Sonic Windows was asked to design and supply the ticket office work station for Liskeard. The remit called for two windows, one at normal height and the other designed to accommodate wheelchair access. The Sonic window design consists of a complete screen of multilaminated glass, an electronic intercom system and cashflow trays recessed into the counter.
Restoration of Moor Street railway station in Birmingham included modernisation of the station?s facilities including the booking office in the fine vaulted entry hall. Designed to complement the existing architecture, a new ticket office work-station was supplied by Sonic Windows. Staff protection from theft, germs and draughts is given by a multi-laminated glass screen, but the large clear window area and intercom system allow the traveller easy communication with staff. The window has an induction loop fitted to the frame for hearing aid users.
