Providing protection - Tecroc Products Ltd |
 Used to provide protection for concrete columns during refurbishment, an office block in Preston has been treated with a polymer-reinforced protective coating available from Tecroc Products.
The SBR Level Coat was specified as it met the requirement for a light colour to complement new windows. It also provided a solution to treating marking and weathering. Suitable for refurbishment and new-build projects, it is available in white and a range of grey tones including Ascot Grey.

Lightweight mortar - Tecroc Products Ltd |
 Lightweight mortar from Tecroc Products provides a solution to overhead and vertical concrete repairs.
The company's Lightweight Mortar 14 is based on a chloride-free formula incorporating polymers and fibres to produce a mix that creates a fair-faced finish.
It is suitable for concrete repair applications on buildings or bridges and can be applied to exposed reinforcing steel to provided protection and prevent deterioration. A one-pack product with a low water requirement, it produces an easy-to-apply mix with high adhesive qualities, making it particularly useful for overhead work.
Achieving thicknesses from 10mm to 75mm, it has a compressive strength of 7.5N/mm in a day to 24N/mm within a period of 28 days.

 High strength adhesives and grouts from Tecroc are being uses in the construction of a major new bridge over the A6 in Chorley, Lancashire.
The bridge deck comprises some 32 precase bridge beams mounted on elastomeric bearings. Tecroc Epoxy Adhesive 305 was used in order to provide a high strength bond between the concrete beams and the bearings.
The three part epoxy resin-based material provides a rapid bond between the concrete beams and bearings, at a strength of 70N/mm˛ at one week.
The bearings have also been bedded using Tecroc's cementitous CS Grout. Tecroc Epoxy Putty was used to fill narrow gaps in a recess around the top bearings.
