Insulation from Vencel Resil has been chosen by Hereward Homes to meet flooring requirements at a new site of houses in Tinwell, Stamford. The 60mm Jablo sheets we fitted on top of block flooring throughout the four and five bedroom houses. It was specified as it is easy to work with on site particularly when having to cut around gas or water piping, the company claims. Also employed by Hereward Homes is the company's Jablite under floor heating system. This is suitable for commercial and domestic applications under a screed floor. Homebuyers can specify the product when deciding on the finishing elements to their homes. The benefit of underfloor heating is that uniform heat distribution occurs over the surface area, eliminating hot or cold spots.
