Condensing boilers from Ferroli are part of what is described as a 'revolutionary' regeneration project in Salford. Developer Urban Splash is giving hundreds of Victorian terraced homes a 21st Century make over at Chimney Pot Park. The project's mechanical contractor recommended the 25kW combi boilers from Ferroli's SEDBUK A-rated Optimax range for the project after conducting a comparison of similar boilers on the market.
