Troax has designed and installed a series of secure, solid steel storage units for use by residents at Berkeley Homes' Chelsea Bridge apartment development in London. Troax used its Sabre single skin, solid steel partioning system to construct the enclosures located within the basement car park. Each unit is fitted with a heavy duty hasp and staple that can be used in conjunction with the apartment owner's own padlock.

With no clear British Standards for internal waterproofing, Fermacell Powerpanel H20 boards exceed the varying international standards for waterproofing. The product also provides high acoustic and fire performance.

As well as being ergonomically efficient, the tilted hood of the 90cm glass chimney hood from Theobald's combines stainless steel and glass to present a cooker hood with a contemporary look. The product has an extraction rate of 800m³/hr and a low sound level of 45db, making it ideal for open plan living. The remote control allows the user to operate the extractor from afar.

Following an increase in demand for low pitch clay roof tiles, Koramic has conducted rigorous testing that confirms its Actua clay tile can go down to just 15 degrees. Ideal for extensions and vertical cladding, the Actua has a large format, meaning that just 10.5 pieces are required per m². With a variable gauge, there is no need to cut the tile so it is easy to fix and requires minimal labour. Sales director for Koramic, Martin Fewtrell, explains the system: 'The tiles have a deep head lock and feature a gently curving edge to protect from wind driven rain and give more aesthetic appeal when used on lower pitch roofs.'
