Some 900 new Sheerframe pvc windows manufactured from fabrications from L.B. Plastics have been manufactured by Avonholme Windows for St Aidan?s High School in Wishaw. The two-phase project involved the installation of Sheerframe 7000 system top hung casement windows, as well as curtain walling for the school?s assembly hall and gym buildings. This essential refurbishment project was necessary to overcome the growing number of problems that the school was facing with the aluminium and steel windows that had been used over the last 40 years. These problems included draughts, leaks and condensation.
