Protection for sensitive work - Layher
As part of the regeneration of Murrays' Mills in Manchester, a Keder temporary roofing system supplied by Layher is protecting the working environment and structure from the elements. The use of the Kedar roof system allows the protection of the structure while repairs are made to the foundation of each floor as well as the repair of the 200 year old roof trusses and the installation of a slated roof. It features aluminium rails fixed to the ridges, trusses and eaves into which Kedar sheets are pulled through into position. The system provides a taught structure which permits natural light to enter and produces a tidy and clean appearance.
