Concealed motor will offer greater aesthetical appeal - Schuco International
Designed to improve the aesthetic appeal of external louvres, the operating motor in Sch?co's SunControl Active range of moveable large-louvre shading systems is entirely concealed from view.
This is achieved as the motor is small enough to fit in the support mullion.Besides size, the motor is also more powerful than previous models, reducing the number of motors per louvre. A single motor can control a louvre up to 305mm deep with a span of over 4.4m horizontally or over 5m vertically.
The motor operates a gear system which gives the louvre the ability to rotate through 360? irrespective of whether it is mounted in the horizontal or vertical plane.
It can also be linked to sensor-reactive motor controls which alter the angle of the blades in response to external factors such as brightness.
