Large louvre solar shading systems in the SunControl range from Sch?co International will regulate the internal environment of a building and also add strong visual appeal to the exterior. This is an integrated extension to the company?s curtain walling and facade systems, offering architects a complete design solution. It is equally suitable for other types of building facade. The system is available with a choice of aluminium or glass louvre blades in a wide variety of shapes, lengths and widths from 105 - 690mm. The louvre blades in the system can be either fixed or movable ? SunCatcher Passive or Active. Themovable system incorporates sensor-reactive motorised controls that alter the angle of the blades in response to a variety of external factors such as brightness, wind speeds and even ice build-up. Louvre blades can be mounted horizontally or vertically onto the facade.
