In a challenging project, queue management specialist Tensator has improved the entrance at the Roman Baths in Bath. A system was designed which takes advantage of the company?s stylish curved beam system to deliver improvements over the old queuing method. Following the installation of a new reception desk, Tensator was approached to advise on an integrated system which would improve queuing times and offer additional ways for the management team to communicate or sell to visitors.
