 Housing two existing medical practices, the new 1800m2 twostory Cartergate Medical Centre in Grimsby has been constructed using Topblock?s Hemelite. Main contractor Topcon used 3,500m2 of Hemelite standard block for internal and external walls and partitions in construction of the centre. The lightweight aggregate blocks are suitable for walls above or below ground and for beamand block floors. They are available as standard, paint quality or foundation blocks. Standard blocks are suitable for finishing with render, cladding, plaster or drylining.
