Sheerframe systems company LB Plastics has launched a new range of products for the assembly of low thresholds for applications including standard domestic pvc doors and composite doors.
The range has been developed to meet demand for low threshold doors influenced by the introduction of the Disability Discrimination Act and Part M of the Building Regulations.
For the 5000, 6000 and 7000 system inward and outward open doors, the company has added a corner-moulding unit that screws to the bottom of the outer frame.
There are also new accessories for the 7000 and 6000 doors. These parts eliminate the need to mill out the bottom of the outerframe or the end of the thresholds.
