Designed to reduce waiting times, the Everton FC club shop has installed Tensator's eQ electronic call forward system.
The system operates on a first-come first-serve basis. It calls customers forward by the operation of an audible announcement which triggers a visual prompt on the 'Everton Blue' display.
The product can cover an infinite number of positions and has a separate activation control for each counter. It is programmable with stereo audio and has custom voice and message capability. The voice announcements, alert sounds and directional arrows used are suitable for the visually impaired.
Available in LED or LCD versions, the system runs on a pre-programmed memory chip or PC and is set up using Windows-based software.
