Contemporary housing in the style of American architect Frank Lloyd Wright at Newcastle's Great Park uses Sheerframe curtain walling by L.B.Plastics.
The builder, Taylor Woodrow, commissioned local architects to create the designs for the homes. Sheerframe fully reversible windows and French doors, fabricated and installed by H Jarvis, were installed on the three properties. A two storey, 4m wide porch was created on the largest property, maximising natural light.
