    Pumping history forward - Dimplex

    Dimplex Pumping history forwardHeat pumps from Dimplex have been installed at the Aberdulais Falls National Trust site in Wales. One of the company's LA20AS air to water heat pumps was installed, which draws energy needed by the underfloor heating system from the ambient air. Power to drive the heat pump is supplied by a hydro-electric water turbine, which allows the entire heating system to be sustainable and have zero carbon emission. It is also planned that the system will also form part of the exhibition display.
