 At the club retail outlet at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, four two-pipe Multi V Plus units together with 12 indoor units from LG's vrf range of systems have been installed to provide 120kW of comfort cooling.
The two-pipe system used at Arsenal FC can power up to 40 indoor units including Art Cool, cassettes, and ducted wall mounts. A bespoke control system was produced for the site that can be controlled via the internet or a PC.
The outdoor unit features: one inverter driven and one high efficiency compressor, with 'Gold Fin' on the condensing coils for durability; uniform distribution of refrigerant; low noise/high static pressure outdoor fan; two comp cycle for uniformity in oil and pressure; LEV and sub-cooling system and R410a refrigerant. It uses 'auto addressing' to confirm each indoor unit, without the need for dip switches.
