    Devi (UK) Electric comfort and controlFor Palazzio Fine Homes' high specification Ardleigh development in Hackney, Devi's electric underfloor heating was used. The system is controlled by 'intelligent' devireg 550 thermostats which calculate when the heat must be turned on to have it reach the right temperature at the required time. In the office unit, kitchen and WC areas, devireg 330 DIN rail mounted remote thermostats can provide accurate regulation of the heat. As there is no requirement of a boiler, maintenance is avoided. Underfloor heating produces only gentle air circulation, reducing the potential amount of travelling dust particles and benefiting those with asthma or allergies.
