 Marley Plumbing and Drainage is providing a range of Alutec aluminium gutters for the UK's largest EcoHomes housing development at Broughton Abbey, Milton Keynes.
Black Alutec Aligator Deepflow gutters were installed throughout the 220 residential properties, whilst Aligator Giant gutters have been specified for the retail and commercial units. The 120mm and 75mm snap fit gutters are said to offer a smooth, inconspicuous shape against the roof edge, while Giant is a trapezoidal shape guttering measuring 200mm x 150mm, purposely designed for large roofs and designed to deal with up to 10 litres of drainage a second.
Manufactured from aluminium, Alutec is lighter than cast iron, and stronger than lead. For the eco-conscious, aluminium is infinitely recyclable; and the product is available with a durable polyester powder coating, which can last for more than 40 years.
