High pressure laminate from Albert's Serie Metalli collection has been used to clad the refurbished bar front and doors of the Roof Gardens Nightclub in London's Kensington. Serie Metalli has become a popular choice for this kind of application where a stylish and fashionable finish is important to complement the overall interior decoration. Nightclub designers need to select materials which are inherently attractive and perform well. Thus is why high pressure laminates are often favoured over traditional materials. The Metalli range is suitable because the metallic finishes combine a chic high-tec quality to give shimmering effects which are enhanced by the ever changing lighting. The range comprises over 85 high pressure laminates with real metal surfaces protected by a laquering and anodising process, extending across silver, grey gold and copper. Each has multi-reflective ribbed and mottled textures.
