Latest addition to the Seal-It range of professional sealants from the trade division of Alfas Industries is a versatile multipurpose roof and gutter sealant. A butyl-based product, Seal-It Roof and Gutter dries to a tough, flexible, tack-free finish. It is particularly suitable for carrying out waterproofing repairs and remedial works on roofs and gutters, where it quickly forms a protective skin, whilst remaining flexible to prevent drying out and any loss of adhesion. The product is compatible with most dry and sound substrates and will readily adhere to a range of materials.
