A standing seam metal roofing system from Alumasc has been applied to a village hall in Warwickshire.
The Armaseam product is produced in two standard widths and in copper, zinc, stainless steel or aluminium. It uses no penetrative fixings with the panels are roll formed from a strip coil to any length and then mechanically seamed onto secret fixed clips to eliminate end laps. Providing a striking roofing solution, Armaseam standing seam roofing from Alumasc has been employed on the accommodation blocks at Limerick University's Thormond student village, Ireland. The raised standing seam roof features an anti-drumming mat, ensuring peace for the residents even during the worst hailstorms, the company claims.
