Aqata has unveiled the launch of Spectra 475 hinged door shower enclosure. The company describes Spectra 475 as the first enclosure to be highlighted in the contemporary new Spectra range and demonstrates Aqata’s signature clean lines, superb quality and outstanding performance. The enclosure was unveiled alongside other enclosures from the new Spectra range at KBB 2008. Manufactured on site at Aqata’s Hinckley factory, the Spectra 475 hinged door shower enclosure exhibits all the high quality and design excellence associated with Aqata’s bathroom collections. The ultra minimalist Spectra 475 enclosure is made of 8mm thick frameless toughened glass with polished edges and has a hinged door with 2 in line panels. This design comes in five recess options from 1000 to 1600mm with a choice of left or right hand opening. Additional options include a corner configuration with one side panel, and a three sided configuration with two side panels.

Shower enclosure maker Aqata, has introduced a glass to glass shower screen. Called Minimax, it is said to be easy to install and has spans of curved or straight glass suitable for use with shower trays and wetrooms. Available in sizes from 1200mm up to 1600mm wide with a standard height glass of 1950mm, the system combines in-line and corner glass panels, which join together using a roll and click system. This was developed by the company to provide maximum strength and rigidity. The large screens are broken down into two manageable glass panels, which are pre-assembled at Aqata's factory, then reassembled on-site. Mating sections are bonded to the glass panels which simply click together on installation. The company also handles non-standard sizes

A new rectangular low level tray, measuring 1600 x 800mm, is the latest product offering from independent manufacturer Aqata. The tray was designed for use with a wide range of shower enclosures. The company says it is manufactured using 'rigid super strong acrylic capped stone resin'. It has a smooth high gloss finish that is 'easy to maintain' it adds. The product is the latest to be offered as part of the company's popular Aqata' shower tray range.
