Available in chrome or white/chrome, Aqualisa's latest offering takes electric showering technology 'into a new era' according to the company. The product, Quartz Electric, delivers up to 15 litres per minute without the need to adjust temperatures for seasonal variations. It also boasts an array of safety features, including the prevention of hot water 'hangover'.
Wireless technology can now be found in the bathroom following the launch of Aqualisa's remote control with a 10m range for its Quartz and Axis Digital showers.
The wireless switch does not require batteries to operate, instead using electro-magnetic power to activate the processor of the digital shower.
It can be used with the company's more conventional remote switches, which are usually are connected to the shower by a datacable. This means a secondary remote switch can now be installed - with the availability of the wireless switch - allowing for users to turn on Digital showers from multiple locations.
Sticky pads allow the switch to be placed onto tilting and decor.
Available as a concealed or exposed design, Quartz Digital from Aqualisa has undergone a redesign. The shower control?s stop/start button now features a matt finish, while the flashing light on the control is now blue. While the looks may have altered, Quartz Digital?s functions and configurations have stayed the same. There is still the option of concealed or exposed design, as well as a remote switch, and showers are available as ?standard? or ?pumped? units.
