Offering speed of installation through a click-fix mechanism, IPS Evolve is a metal-framed, pre-plumbed system from Armitage Venesta. Units are bespoke manufactured with quality checks and factory testing on all sanitaryware and plumbing. There is a choice of three performance boards and a range of 42 colours.
Pre-plumbed panel assemblies from the IPS Healthcare range by Armitage Venesta have been redesigned and the support service improved.
The company offers a two part delivery service with the satin anodised framework of IPS boxed-out units delivered first, then the 'just in time' delivery of the pre-plumbed units that fast-fix into the framework. This approach reduces damage risk and eases on-site handling and manoeuvrability by a reduction in weight.
New design features include a 'pencil round' radius for the front corners of IPS boxed-out units which provides a simplified interface at the skirting level and ceiling height details. This improves infection control and makes installation quicker.
Other features of the range include factory-fitted sanitaryware for quicker installation, a choice of units to accommodate solid or suspended ceiling heights, free-standing and wall corner situations - for dry wall linings or solid walls - and 'flush fitting' side and front panels.
Arriving on site pre-plumbed, IPS Evolve from Armitage Venesta is a wall panelling system that comes with sanitaryware, brassware, wastes, pipework and cisterns attached. The products 'click fix' into metal frames and are bespoke, not modular. The luminescence value of the panelling meets the visual contrast requirement of Part M of the new Building Regulations.
Millennium, the washroom system from Armitage Venesta has changed in name and appearance. Exactly like Millennium, Quantum Resista is manufactured in 13mm soild grade laminate, impervious to water, impace resistant, and generally designed for durability. The new system also offers reduced floor clearance and increased height for extra privacy.
Commissioned by Armitage Venesta and Armitage Shanks in support of the ?Bog Standard Campaign?, a survey of 30,000 primary and secondary schools has highlighted the poor state of washrooms in British Schools. The findings revealed that dilapidated and ageing toilets are common with seven out of ten school toilet blocks having been installed some 20 years ago and 50% of all schools rating their own toilets as being in ?poor condition?. Armitage Venesta believes that health and performance benefits will be tangible if pupils have access to improved conditions in school toilets.
Four pupil washrooms and the school kitchen washroom at the Castle Bronwich Infant School have been refurbished using products from Armitage Venesta. The Genesis system ? from the company?s dedicated school washroom range ? was selected, with the 400 children and staff playing an active role in the system and colour specification. Cubicle doors are available in four height options and three performance levels, including easy-to-clean, robust solid grade laminate or Tufwall (the choice for this particular project). There are a number of safety features in the design, including anti-finger trap hinges and indicator bolts with an emergency release mechanism.
Staff at Stockport metropolitan borough council now have a new washroom following the refurbishment of its main office, Stopford House. Armitage Venesta?s Millennium cubicles were installed, along with IPS Evolve integrated plumbing systems for the WC?s. A special needs cubicle, compliant with Part M, a shower cubicle and wall cladding were also specified.
