Three dimensional products from Blanc de Bierges have been supplied for the public realm areas of a landscape scheme in Leicester.
The architects worked with the company to develop a feature wall and lighting strategy to illuminate the urban square. The lighting units were designed to sit at the base of stepped terraces and as 'public art' features within the boundary walls.
Designed to change colour, the lighting added definition to the Blanc de Bierges materials, highlighting the colour and texture.
In addition to the wall units, the company also supplied cream-buff coloured products, including tapered paving setts, paving slabs, L-modules, and steps.
