Handcrafted materials from Blanc de Bierges have played a supporting role in the creation of a new Heritage Centre at Flag Fen, Britain?s Bronze Age centre in Peterborough. The centre was built with a natural ventilation system, under-floor
heating, low energy lighting, recycled paper for insulation and a counter made from crushed milk cartons. Its unusual, timber-frame roof is supported by a central column made of steel and clad with Blanc de Bierges bespoke components.
