New options to capitalize on the renovation and restoration of old buildings have been developed by Brett Martin Building Products. The company has extended its range of components for its innovative cast iron style range, giving greater flexibility in the design and styling of rainwater removal. The range has three styles of gutter - 106mm Profiled Ogee, 112mm Half Round and, for larger or steeper roofs, a 115mm Deep profile. All fittings are manufactured with external fixing lugs, enabling easy access with power tools.

Fabricated by Metalkraft, canopies using Marlon FSX Polycarbonate by Brett Martin have been applied to a housing development in Langley, near Slough. Class 1 fire rated, the product features a co-extruded uv protective layer on both surfaces as an integral part of the sheet, cutting out 98% of uv radiation and preventing discolouration of the sheet when exposed to the elements. Available in clear, grey, bronze and opal tints, in sheets from 1220mm wide to 6150mm, it weighs 3.6kg/m?. The material is offered in structured and corrugated options and is supplied in the UK through the company's national distributors.
