Lighting up the roofline
Dual and mono-pitch Xlok Ultra rooflights manufactured by Brett Martin Daylight Systems have been installed at a development in central Ireland.
With a roof span of 10.2m, the rooflight has 24 bays and is 26m long. A 10.2m mono-pitch rooflight is located at one end of the main rooflight.
The products have a total of 20 electrically operated top-hung vents to provide controllable ventilation. Each of the vents has dual rack actuators with 500mm stroke to achieve a natural/smoke ventilation equivalent to 7.5% of the floor area. All of the glazing bars are polyester powder coated white and are 25mm thick.
