A frost-resistant exterior acoustic tiling system is the latest product to be added to CMS Acoustic Solutions' product range. The Regupol Keraflex range comprises two systems, Regupol Keraflex XT and Regu`pol Keraflex FB. Both are designed to attenuate impact sound from footfall according to the company. They are constructed of a rubber crumb base panel foundation meaning that they offer impact sound insulation of up to 23dB. During the installation process there is no need to repair the existing surface as the base panels are laid on the top of the existing sealed exterior, creating an 'elastic foundation'. The XT system was designed using marble granules mixed with binder and worked into the webs of the rubber base panels. The FB product is designed using stonewear tiles adhered between the rubber base panel reccesses. The company said: "These two aesthetically pleasing solutions are final floor finishes."
