Built to deliver 75% of its lintels range 50% faster, Catnic has invested in a new manufacturing facility. The expanded premises give the company the capacity to increased productivity and reduce the lead-time on many of its feature and fabricated lintels. It has been designed to streamline processes and eliminate as much waste as possible. The move enables Catnic to manufacture its bespoke, mitre and welded lintels in ten working days. CXL lintels, designed for use in cavity wall construction for extreme loading conditions, are also available in five days.
