Bus depot refurbishment
As part of a refurbishment programme at Orpington Bus Depot, Cemex provided its Uni-Coloc concrete block paving system to repave the existing surface.
The ReadyPave Uni-Coloc system was mechanically laid in sections so that buses could drive onto it at the end of each day. An interlocking system allowed paving to be laid in any direction.
It was provided in Charcoal with a thickness of 80mm. Sections of up to 1800m were laid onto a type 1 sub-base with a lean mix top surface.
