Beaming down
Precast concrete beams from Cemex's ReadyFloor range have been supplied to Barratt Homes for a 200 home development at Digby near Exeter.
Once the beams have been laid they are infilled with standard building blocks then brush grouted with cement. This provides a working platform for other trades to work on. Beams were produced on demand for the project.
