Specialist main contractor, Concrete Repairs has completed a major multi-storey car park refurbishment contract for Cambridge City Council. Work involved the complete refurbishment ofall 12 levels and was carried out whilst the car park remained fully operational. The programme included a detailed concrete condition survey, concrete repair work, the re-sealing of joints, new deck waterproofing, the installation of new barriers, signage, lighting and fire alarm systems. In addition, the company refurbished the staircases and entrance and applied corrosion inhibitors and anti-carbonation coatings to all concrete surfaces.
