Offering a socially responsible solution to Gas Safety Regulations, Danfoss Randall's Service Interval time controls do not shut down the heating but produce a significantly reduced heat output. A service interval is set then 28 days before the service date it will buzz at noon every day, with all programming buttons disabled, until the unit is reset. The controls include Calendar Clocks.
