At only 0.2mm in thickness, Decorative Panels have launched a new range of very lightweight continuous press laminate (CPL) surfacing materials in roll form. A portfolio of 12 designs matches some of the company's carcassing foils and offers the potential for co-ordinating slab-style doors within the overall design package. BS Standards testing confirmed that the new CPL materials perform even better than the company's UltraFoil surfacing products. With full BS 6222 approval, the new CPLs have many performance properties in common with high pressure laminates and are therefore suitable for heavy traffic contract sector usage.
