Incorporating a scissor lift housed in a pod and designed to integrate with Tesco fixed floor double deck trailers, a modular loading system from Easilift has been installed at Tesco depots. Electrically-operated sectional overhead Powerdoors are fitted to the front and rear of each pod. A scissor lift with a 6000kg capacity and subsequently a 25000kg model have been developed for Tesco.
