An outbuilding in the grounds of a home in Selsey has been clad in blue grey fibre cement Weatherboard from Marley Eternit, as well as the company's fibre cement slates applied to the roof.
The Weatherboard was specified for the timber frame studio due to its durability, fire resistance and low maintenance and weather resistance from the corrosive, salt-laden atmosphere on the coast.
Interlocking tiles from Marley Eternit have been specified for a refurbishment project in the West Midlands, where a Decent Homes Investment Programme is being carried out by Sandwell Homes.
The company is provided an estimated 390,000 Ludlow Major interlocking tiles to re-roof 600 homes. Universal RidgeFast, HipFast and Dry Verge systems were also specified.
Two colours of fibre cement Weatherboard from Marley Eternit have been applied to the redevelopment of a former Edwardian care home.
All the units are new-build, constructed from block work, a beam and block ground floor and a facing brick exterior. The Weatherboard provides exterior cladding on 10 of the properties. Boards were stained to provide different shades on each unit.
Fibre cement cladding panels from Marley Eternit have been used for a sheltered housing scheme in Essex.
The company's Multiclad panels were used by Ryan Developers to complement brickwork on elements of the two and three storey elevations. Panels were specified by the Lindsay Austin Partnership and screw fixed onto timber battens on 50% of the timber framed build on the site of a former petrol station and M.O.T. service centre.
